Complete our online questionnaire about your hair loss history and health. A licensed physician reviews your case within 24 hours and, if approved, prescribes a personalized treatment plan. Your medications are shipped directly to your door.

Most patients begin seeing results within 3-6 months of consistent treatment. Hair growth is gradual, so patience is key. Our physicians monitor your progress and adjust treatment as needed.

If our physician determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, your payment hold is released and you will not be charged. We may suggest alternative options or recommend an in-person consultation.

Yes. CrownGenix partners with licensed physicians and accredited pharmacies. All prescriptions are reviewed by real doctors, and your medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacists. We are fully HIPAA compliant.

Your health information is protected under HIPAA regulations. We use bank-level encryption for all data transmission and never share your information with third parties without your consent.

Subscription

Absolutely. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your patient portal. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

Shipping

All orders ship free via USPS or FedEx. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date.

Pricing & Billing

When you choose "Subscribe & Save" at checkout, you pick a supply length — 1 month, 3 months, or 5 months. Each cycle, we automatically ship that exact amount of supply and charge your card on file. For example, a 3-month subscription means you receive a 3-month supply every 3 months; a 5-month subscription ships a 5-month supply every 5 months. Subscriptions unlock 20%+ savings versus one-time purchases. You can pause, change supply length, skip a shipment, or cancel anytime in your patient portal — there are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments.

Yes. You can switch a subscription to a one-time order, change the supply length (e.g., from 1 month to 3 months), or place a separate one-time order at any time from your patient portal. Subscription changes apply to your next shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship discreetly in unmarked packaging from our licensed US pharmacy. Standard shipping is free on every order. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after a physician approves your prescription. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your package leaves the pharmacy.
